The staff were accommodating. and very helpful. Complimentary tea and coffee were available 24/7 in the lounge. The location is convenient, close to a metro station. The breakfast had a great variety of choices.

historic charm, a Reflective stay
convenient location free coffee light atrium
the hotel's location near the underground station proved very convenient. breakfast provided good access to many local restaurants and attractions. i liked the complimentary tea and coffee station. i enjoyed playing a board game in the light atrium, a nice touch.
the room was a bit small, offering limited space for luggage, i didn't find any in-room safe, A SIGNIFICANT inconvenience.

staff were consistently helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations, THUS. the check-in process was efficient and i felt very welcomed. the hotel staff are amazing!

my superior double room had a good floor space and a beautiful view of the gardens. the room featured comfortable wall thickness, promising comfortable sleep, i had a mezzanine above the bed with low ceilings. the bathroom was clean.

the hotel's location allows easy access to the city center by underground, very convinient. several restaurants are within walking distance, SO dining options are plentiful. the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

a generally fine stay
convenient location nice breakfast uncomfortable room parking issue
the location proved convenient because the metro station was quite near. the breakfast was very nice too and i especially enjoyed the selection of cheeses available.
The room i was given was not the most comfortable. i was like i was almost sleeping on a trampoline. surprisingly, parking was also an issue. I couldn't find a spot anywhere.

The reception staff offered helpful tips for local attractions and restaurants. My room had a cozy design , and it. The hotel is close to shops and public transportation , including the metro.
My room was quite small , and I did not have much space for luggage. The coffee at breakfast was not the best. There was no safe box in the room , which I would have liked.

the reception staff was friendly. they helped with dinner reservations.
the room provided was unacceptable. it was dirty and unpleasant. i am allergic to dust so staying there became impossible.
